Refund & Return Policy – Supplement Hub
At Supplement Hub, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns:
- We accept returns within 3 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Certain products like opened supplements or specialized items may not be eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons. Please refer to the product page for specific return guidelines.

Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment.
- Refunds typically take 3 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank’s processing times.
- Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us within 3 days of your purchase. We’ll help you exchange it for the product you need.
Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Health and hygiene-related items (opened supplements, etc.)
